01 Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using the PikaShow application, or by using this website, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install the application or use the website.
If you use PikaShow on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for them.
02 Licence to use the app
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you are given a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable permission to install and use the PikaShow application on devices you own or are authorised to control.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the application, website, branding, source code or other intellectual property to you. You may not:
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or commercially redistribute the application except where expressly permitted by law.
- Modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the application, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Remove copyright, trademark, branding, security notices.
- Distribute altered APK builds while representing them as official PikaShow releases.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the application, website or connected services.
03 Who may use PikaShow
You must meet the minimum age required by the laws applicable to you to use PikaShow. Where local law requires parental or guardian involvement for a minor, the application should only be used with that involvement.
Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the app and the content available through connected services are appropriate for a minor.
04 Acceptable use
PikaShow is a third party entertainment application that may provide access to movies, web series, live TV, news, sports and other streaming sources. Content availability, sources and features may vary by device and region.
You agree that you will not use PikaShow:
- For an unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- To infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights belonging to another person or organisation.
- To download, copy, record, retransmit or distribute protected content when you do not have the necessary permission or legal right.
- To circumvent paywalls, access controls, geographic restrictions or technological protection measures.
- In a way that violates the terms of service of a streaming platform, content provider or other third party.
- To distribute malware, interfere with systems or attempt unauthorised access.
- To misrepresent an unofficial modified APK as an official PikaShow release.
Content responsibility. PikaShow does not grant you ownership or permission to use copyrighted movies, shows, live broadcasts, music or sports content. You are responsible for confirming that your use of any content is permitted in your country and under the applicable provider terms.
05 Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for how you use PikaShow and for complying with the laws and platform terms that apply to you. If you save, download, record, share or otherwise use content made available through the application, you are responsible for having the required rights or permission.
Content may be supplied by external services. We do not guarantee that every stream, title, channel, event or source is authorised for every country or user. Availability can also change without notice.
06 Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material hosted on this website infringes copyright that you own or are authorised to represent, send a notice to the legal contact listed in section fifteen.
A useful copyright notice should identify:
- The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The material or page you are complaining about, including its URL where applicable.
- Your contact information and authority to act for the rights holder, where applicable.
- A good faith statement explaining why you believe the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate.
We may review a valid notice and take action that is appropriate and legally available to us. We cannot remove material hosted or controlled by an independent third party merely because it is accessible through an external link or service. Such complaints should also be directed to the relevant provider.
07 Our intellectual property
The PikaShow name, logo, website design, application interface, original text, graphics and other original materials belonging to the PikaShow service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of those materials. You may not use the PikaShow name or branding to suggest that an unofficial APK, website, service or product is officially endorsed when it is not.
08 Third party services and links
PikaShow and this website may link to, embed or interact with third party services. These can include streaming sources, video providers, advertising services, analytics providers, hosting services, casting services and external websites.
Third party services are independent from PikaShow. We do not control their availability, content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
A link or accessible source does not necessarily mean that PikaShow endorses, owns or operates that third party service.
09 No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PikaShow and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.
We do not promise that the application or website will always be available, uninterrupted, error free, secure, compatible with every device or capable of accessing any particular movie, show, channel, event or stream. Content availability and third party services may change at any time.
Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or other protection that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PikaShow and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application, website or third party services.
This includes losses relating to unavailable streams, content changes, device incompatibility, data loss, service interruptions, third party actions or your use of content obtained through the application.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11 Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of PikaShow, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
12 Termination
Your permission to use PikaShow may end automatically if you materially breach these terms. We may also suspend or discontinue the application, website or particular features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal or operational reasons.
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the application and ceasing to use the website. Provisions that are intended by their nature to continue after termination will remain effective.
13 Governing law
These terms should be interpreted under the laws applicable to the PikaShow website operator, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live. Replace the jurisdiction placeholder below with your actual legal entity and jurisdiction before publishing.
